1. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns and replacements only under the following conditions:
✅ The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
✅ The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.

❌ We do not accept returns for change of mind, minor variations in color/shape (as crystals are natural), or personalized/customized products.

2. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we offer the following refund options:

  • Replacement – A new product will be sent at no extra cost.
  • Store Credit – Get a gift card for future purchases.
  • Refund to Original Payment Method (if applicable).

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

3. How to Initiate a Return?

2️⃣ Our team will review the request and guide you on the return process.
3️⃣ Once approved, ship the item back using a reliable courier.

📌 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
