- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available for select locations)
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2000 within India.
- Orders below ₹2000 will have a standard shipping fee of ₹199.
- Express shipping is available at an additional charge.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order’s status.
- In case of delays, please contact the courier service or our support team.
6. Address & Delivery Issues
- Please provide accurate address details to ensure smooth delivery.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the reshipping cost.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us at aryanaluxe.in@gmail.com for assistance.
- Aryana is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged package, take clear pictures and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Missing items must be reported within 48 hours for resolution.
